Morning Classes
6 am – 7 am, 7.05 am – 8.05 am & 8.10 am - 9.10 am

Evening Classes
5.30 pm – 6.30 pm

So if you make up your mind to change things around, the way to go is walk in with a purpose. Rest assured…it’s easy to drop in…and never too easy to ever leave! For you will be hooked on for life. (Yes Yoga has a way of marrying body and mind)
